OSR Class: The Augur

I was listening to the great podcast Medieval History for Fun and Profit and they had a throwaway line about Augurs in the medieval ages. I posted something on the OSR boards at G+ and a few of us had a nice chat about how to develop that class.

Today I had a chance to develop it a little more. This isn’t play-tested at all and of course has meta-powers that are potentially game-breaking.
